Parents will increase awareness of their children’s behavior in order to acquire the necessary skills (decision-making, assertiveness, problem-solving) to effectively parent their children/adolescents

Focused treatment for members that are facing challenges arising from past trauma, substance abuse, and/or addictive behaviors. These classes are guided through the use of the Seeking Safety Curriculum which integrates coping skills, psychoeducation, trauma and substance abuse treatment, through a cognitive behavioral approach.
