PPEP Integrated Care staff work side by side to assess strengths, preferences and interests. We collaborate with local job sites to develop a set of volunteer or internship opportunities for members. All our members work alongside a highly trained job coach, to ensure the appropriate amount of support, guidance and encouragement. Members will work at each job site for their appropriate length and their desired limits. This gives them the opportunity to rotate to a new experience, and expanding a wide range of tangible work skills and valuable real-world experiences.
